Compliance Monitoring System (CMS+) is
a fully integrated module of Knowledge Management Tools (KMT) catering
to enterprise-wide Compliance Management in all the Group Companies; a
mandatory requirement for banks in India. |

Each
company in a group can
formulate their own function-wise compliance regulations/issues and monitor the
compliance periodically. |
|
Primary
Responsibility can be assigned to indicate level of compliance, comments against each
regulation/issue
indicating compliance status during the current period as per
prescribed periodicity. |

Function/Department
Heads, Authority Controllers, Group Controllers, etc. can also add
their comments based on the compliance status comments given by the
Primary Responsibility. |

Function/Department-wise
Compliance Reports and Exception Reports can be generated in few
seconds at prescribed intervals. |
